UPDATE from initial review: Still 5 stars! I just wanted to make clear that our rates had changed for various factors including different vehicles and Fort Collins Insurance was no longer competitive with the carriers they represent. Melissa let me know and still helped me with my situation during the transition process. I whole heartedly recommend Fort Collins Insurance. I will continue to call on Melissa for quotes when renewal time is near and switch back without hesitation when the numbers make sense.Initial review:Having had some communication issues with a previous provider I decided to contact Fort Collins Insurance. The experience has been exactly what you'd want in an insurance agency. Great follow up/communication coupled with time and attention to work through all questions and scenarios. Fort Collins Insurance has been amazing to work with. I reached out to Jackie to see if they provided malpractice insurance and she put me in touch with Roy. Roy responded to me immediately and had quotes to me by the end of business day, answered all of my questions quickly and provided an explanation for each policy and why it’s needed. They are extremely responsive, helpful and by far best rates we have received. I’d highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for insurance. My husband also went through them for insurance for his business and has been extremely happy. They gave him a quote very quickly and was well below other insurance companies and it took weeks for other insurance agents to even respond to him. Thank you all for your hard work. You are amazing and will refer anyone your way!!
