Melissa is great and saved us tons of money. We went there to switch from AllState to Progressive and save 1k in six months premium. We achieved that goal but Melissa helped us save even more! She went by policy line by line which our AllState agent never did. We went to the AllState office many times to discuss increased premiums over the past 12 years. They helped us save a few hundreds here and there but never this much. We were overpaying by thousands and so glad to find Fort Collins insurance who does price comparisons for us.Update (from Yelp review): Before switching from AllState to Fort Collins Insurance last week, my husband and I didn't realize how badly we were treated by our AllState agent. He and his associates never went over our policies in detail for the past 12 years. His associate tried to gaslight us by raving about benefits of old policies. It turned out between home and auto, we were overpaying by more than 3.5k per year. When we became suspicious about our premiums, we didn't have a lot of resources to turn to. Got comparative quotes through our employee benefits website but we needed someone to go over them and give us advice on savings. Enter Fort Collins Insurance. I thought those online quotes were already good but Melissa further saved us another 500 dollars for new home (1 year) and auto (6 mo.). Thank you, Melissa and Fort Collins Insurance. You earned new customers for life. We will never go back to single company agents. Melissa will there for us to do further comparison shopping when it comes time to renew.

I can’t say enough good things about Fort Collins insurance. Whether it be Ryan, Kevin, Melissa, or Roy they make a great team and they’re always always willing to go above and beyond to save me as much money as possible with the best coverage.

Good customer service

Roy has been amazing. We needed commercial business and auto insurance. Walked in, Roy sat down with us, made sure he knew our needs, had quotes to us quickly, and was able to sign policies the next day. He made the entire process smooth and very simple. Highly reccommend!!!
