I reached out to them to help me with a complicated issue getting my car insurance reinstated when I purchased a new vehicle this week and Melissa got it all figured out within a couple of hours. She was communicative and diligent with the process. I appreciate feeling cared for and understood by my insurance agent. She made the very un-fun task of dealing with insurance a seamless process for me and I’m very grateful for that!

I am so pleased that I found them!

I recently moved back to CO after some years gone. Among being astonished by how expensive things have gotten while gone, I was pleasantly surprised at the rates they were able to obtain for my coverage needs. At no point did they try selling me a policy that covered things like (in case I hit a Unicorn). It is very rare these days to find people who are honest and work for their customers needs. It was a great pleasure doing business with them.

Melissa was super helpful in helping me obtain auto and renter’s insurance for my father in law, who just moved here from MA. She was very responsive and offered her expertise in making the right choices for coverage. I also appreciated her honesty about my own insurance needs. Although I wanted to give them my business, it did not make sense for me to move from my current insurer and she was honest in telling me that! That is rare these days.

Just finished setting up a few different policies through Roy and was extremely satisfied with his knowledge of products and transparency in communication. His diligence saved me a lot of money and I appreciate businesses who operate with integrity. Only regret is that I did not secure his service sooner.

Phenomenal service, communication and most of all, personalization of your policies which help save money for only the coverage you need. We saved thousands a year by working with FoCo insurance. Melissa recommended main sewer line coverage during a full review of our home insurance policy. The cost of the coverage was miniscule and a year later, our main drain line broke and backed up into our basement. We saved $9k because of the coverage Melissa recommended, which was not on our policy prior to switching to FoCo Insurance. We have never felt like insurance companies had our best interest in mind until working with Foco Insurance. Highly recommend Melissa!
